Nathan Wills – Customer Service, Sales Support, and Warranty

Nathan Wills has been with Heiman Fire since December of 2017. He started his journey working in the shop as an Assembler where he learned the basic parts and functions of the fire apparatus. From there he spent time in fabrication, paint, plumbing and miscellaneous tasks that were required. That hands-on learning has helped him develop into his current position as our Customer Service and Sales Support that includes warranty services, specification writing and assisting with online sales.

Nathan has excelled with working with all our friends in the fire industry.

I enjoy customer interaction when we get the chance to show them our facility and capabilities. We produce quality apparatus and sell quality equipment that I have enjoyed learning so much about and it’s exciting to pass some of that excitement on to customers.

In his free time Nathan enjoys the warmer weather so he can spend most of his time outdoors. His favorite activity is tinkering around with his car and going for a drive. He also has a son that is eager to spend time with him and learning about cars with the same passion and enthusiasm.

Nathan is a great part of our Heiman family and I know he is looking forward to help you in any way that he can.
